Alpacas in Colorado at Lone Pine AlpacasLone Pine Alpacas originated in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2002. It all began with 2 geldings and progressed to 2 bred females. Our females were bred to carefully selected herd sires to produce quality alpacas with diverse bloodlines. Our bloodlines include PPPeruvian Augusto, Peruvian Drambuie, Peruvian Bueno, PPPeruvian Royal Fawn, Dom Lucilio, 4Peruvian Legacy, PPeruvian Felix, 4Peruvian Chaval, Legacy de Bolivia, PPeruvian Caligula, Peruvian Snowmaster, and more. We currently have twenty seven Peruvian, Chilean, Bolivian, and "born and bred in the USA" alpacas at Lone Pine Alpacas. Fiber is the future for the alpaca industry! We strive to raise excellent alpaca fiber in a variety of colors. White, beige, light to dark fawn, light to dark brown, multi colored, bay black, and true black. We breed our alpacas for fine fiber and good staple length to produce excellent products from the fiber. Every ounce of alpaca fiber raised on our ranch is used in our own alpaca products or sold to crafters. Along with producing excellent alpacas we assure our clients ongoing customer support. We will provide help in all aspects of raising alpacas.
